Potential Engine Part Out

Ok, So i might buy a 99 7.3 Powerstroke engine, im not sure if its Early Or Late 99... Idk how to tell. Its the Engine, and Trans, and front half of the frame. Im taking the Injectors and Hpop. The intercooler is already gone.
Its an automatic so the 4R100?

What i want to know is if i buy this, who would want...
The Turbo
Heads
Block
Pistons/Rods
Trans
ECT.....

Nothings for Sale Yet, but if i have high enough interest ill buy it
