3 Door locks stopped working all at once!

I have done the door lock mod on all the door locks except the drivers door already and they have been all working great since the mod for almost 2 years.

Yesterday I noticed that my key fob will only unlock the driver doors and nothing happens with the 2nd press (used to unlock all doors), so I changed the battery and same thing, it will only unlock the drivers door.

I checked the lock unlock button on the drivers door for all the locks and that also only unlocks the drivers door!

Anyone else run into this problem?

Same thing here. They try to move, but don't go up enough. I just got my truck though, so I'm not sure how long its been going on.

that is what happened with my truck originally then I did the door lock mod (esentially increasing the field strenth of the motor) which lasted for several years then I left my truck with my friend who works at the dealership to confirm a bad torque convertor he somehow jammed the door lock switch on the drivers door and it burnt out the lock motors.

I recently got new ones from ebay, $80 for all 4, yes they work with all the doors on a crew cab, I'm not sure how long they will last but they have a 1 year warranty...
