I mounted mine under the bed, lots of room there and i pointed them to the back just for those people who like to tailgate me. It really doesn'tmatter where they are pointed because they are so freakin loud.

Mine are below the rear ex cab door on the passenger side frame rail, they point forwards and take all kinds of crap that the front tires kick back. The only thing is rock hit them when on gravel but they have took a beating and still look and preform great!

I want some bad, what kit did you go with?

I have Omega Triple Trains, 150psi, 3/8'' line (wish it was 1/2), they are at about 160db rigtht now.

I've got mine under the tool box.. compressor and tank all tucked inside the box. Works great and out of the elements. A couple gromets and RV sealant keeps air/salt out.

Not to hijack, but is it possible to use less horns than the number they supply in the kits? For ecample, they give you two or three and you use one.
I don't need anything annoying just different sound and a little louder. |

They sound better in that way. One horn will sound crappy by it self, but 3 or more sound great because they are tuned to one another. Plus, one horn won't sound like a train.
