BTS Customer Service?

I need a transmission. Do any of you BTS guys know why they wont call me back. I called 3 times, left a message 2 days ago & nothing. Everybody says great trans and service, but I am left wondering after this. My 01 X is down and I need a new one and dont want a stocker.

I just got off the phone with brian he is a great guy and will help you out with any trans issues or questions you will ever have. The secretary (Tina) remembered who I was and I havent called in a year and a half. That is good personal service in my opinion.

Caller Id is awesome! I use it at work all the time pull a customers account by phone number! Hey Jim hows it goin!!!

Ive talked to them alittle bit. Great Service so far!

My experience so far is that Brian is willing to talk to anyone, if you can get him on the phone. They are really busy, and sometimes run out of time.

I bought my VB off them. Very happy with the customer service. I talked directly to brian a few times when i had questions.

Finally got a hold of them. They were backed up until late May. Couldn't wait that long but thanks everyone for the input. Cost was not an issue, just timing. I got 2 kids in car seats and my only other transportation is a Ranger. I Had to have it now.

Kinda different deal but I've been waiting almost 4 weeks now on a revised tune from Cale I call at least twice a week but still nothing Tina is always extremely nice and always remembers me but this is the reason I chose to get a different tuner cause I could never get a hold of him.

I was at bts shop last week getting my rear diff rebuilt, they are up to there necks with work, but still gave great service
