if your looking for more "whistle" you can just get a wicked wheel and an intake. it will make it quite loud.

Silencer

The silencer on the 7.3's is the foil on the drivers side charge pipe (a.k.a.-foil delete), take it off and listen to her whistle while she works!!

Yep if you're looking for a little more turbo scream, get rid of that foil. I did that to mine and can't believe how much that thin layer holds back.

I took the foil off and put in a wicked wheel. Years of power tools and loud music have killed my hearing but most of my buddies can hear it.
