custom chip info needed

I asked this a while back but forgot the info.
I want to get a chip for a 01 7.3.
I am onoly looking for like 2 tunes. I want to change the shift points and also adjust when the tc locks up. I need the tc to lock around 45 mph not the 38, that it does now. It makes the truck feel likes its not geared right. If i hit the od button to get the rpms higher, its a bit too high to cruise at these speeds, but the locked tc in od is causing me to drive at like 1300 rpm's on these 45 mph roads. Its not enough and it feels like its bogging.

but all the roads around here seem to be at the speed limit my truck does not like. 45.
That would mean i have the tc unlocked quite a bit. When doing that the trans shifts harder because its trying to protect itself from slippage. The line pressures go way up.
(so i have been told) I was hoping to program around this.
