shhh noise as shifting

hello i have a 2000 nf350 drw .i keep hear a shh noise after it shifts will not go away until you let off the throttle a little if you give it gas again it does not come back.was thinking waste gate stuck.i do have a afe intake magnaflow 4" exh

prolly just the turbo..with a intake you can hear them decently

look on your turbo there should be a plug for the turbo water level. i hear if its too low it can make a swooshing sound like when you hold a sea shell up to your ear. good luck tho

its backpressure.... the turbo looses boost when the truck shifts... That is what your hearing

yes figured that but just stays on when your on it gotta let off first just wanted to make sure normal my buddies truck is not like that

ebpv sticking is what it sounds like to me... what are the outside temps? below 45?
