FUEL BOWL NEEDS SERIOUS CLEANING

among various other problems with my truck the fuel bowl has built up so much debris that it wont even drain anymore.

what is the best way to go about cleaning in... im talking full removal for cleaning and overhauling. hahaha

links, videos, or just good directions would be helpful, thanks!
