buying a 2001 F350 dually

Im looking at a 2001 F350 crew cab dually, 7.3L auto. 4x4.
79324 miles. truck is very clean. runs smooth, as the normal rust coating under the truck. from the winters up here in NEPA. this is my first diesel truck, my father had a 94 f350 and a 99 f350. both diesel and now has a ram 3500 crew cab cummins. i know the cummins puts out more power, but the ride of the ford is like a caddy compare to the dodge. ford has more leg room, I'm already looking at some budget upgrades, and for the little problem fixes for my new truck. I got ride of my 2005 dodge ram 2500 hemi. and if all ends well ill be driving my new ford. this week.
