Tranny Install?

ok guys i got a suncoast tranny and converter i plan on installing my self this is not my first tranny install but my first ford tranny install so can yall give me some pointers
-how many quarts go in the empty tranny
-how many quarts go in the TQ converter
-whats the easyiest way to do it and any info would help

pull the tranny and transfer case all together... Make sure you have a good tranny jack and strap the tranny to it.

Just got to remove the inspection cover... pull the torque converter bolts... It is pretty straight forward from there, just take your time.

or at least find a adapter for the end of it. that way you can strap the tranny to ti.
