Anyone running 37" timres with stock 3.73 gears?

i have 35's now and am debating on weeather to go to 37's here soon i know they will look better with the 6" lift but i dont want to sacrifice alot of performance/mpg. so just looking for guys opinions/experiences with 37's and 3.73's truck has a TW chip

2002 F250 CC LB - 5" lift, 37s, BTS Tranny, 3.73, 38r, Swamps 250/100's, Modded 17*, Guages, studs, pushrods, dual springs, ITP RR, 2 SD pumps, Beans plenums, Balanced, Blueprinted and cryod bottom, ported heads, Gearhead 1.5 cam, 4" Exhaust, HPX, 6.0 tranny cooler, TUNES by Matt @ Gearhead!


Goal = 550rwhp 1100+tq daily driver (dyno #s TBA)

Cant help but interested in what everybody has to say. Im thinking of doing this when my tires wear out, even though they only have 8,000 miles on them

Ran them for years... My Wifes excursion still has 3.73's and I like driving it better then mine some times.

01 F-250 SC PSD,320k,16 Isspro Gauges, AFE-2,CCV Mod,IAH delete,map reg,Modded H2e, 6.0 IC, 230/100 from P.I.S, Studs, 910 springs, Forged rods, Water injection,Hydra chip-No Limit/Gearhead tuning, Swamps HVHF IDM, MBRP 4" dual's, Aero, 6" tip's, 4" Revtek lift, 37/12.5/16.5 MT's

Yes, I have them, for 7 more days. I hate 3.73 gears with 37s. Takes away all sort of power and towing sucks......

you need some injectors...

Honestly... I wish I would have stuck with the 3.73's... I get so sick of hearing the motor all wrapped up at 70-75mph...
