I can get my stocker over 30 loaded, up a hill. I try to keep it under 25-27, I think that's about the limit for the stock turbo. I think 7.3's can take 35-40 before needing headstuds, rods, etc. I'm interested in this also, with my new turbo on the way. What is the max?

Mine runs at 32-35psi MAX with the garret GTP38R BB turbo under load. I have had it on the truck for the past 25k with no problems.

06 with SCT Xcal2, MBRP exhaust, intake... get 32psi if I catch it right. Everything seems fine. Stock engine otherwise. Thinking of doing head studs, turbo, and injectors soon. I gotta buy a car and stop trying to race this thing. it's a truck man! but looks ooooooh so good goin down the strip and scarin ricers!
