Should i go for this BUmper!!!?!!

Hey guys, i have been waiting to collect all of the parts to do my 2007 body conversion and i was wondering if i should just go ahead and buy this front bumper off of ebay. I already have the grille and the header panel. Do you think this would be decent quality???

Bump for ya, but it looks like a deal and everything is there. But what about brackets?

I think quality on it would be good. If you could paint it yourself or have it done cheap then it still wouldn't be too bad. Having my upper pad painted was around $200 on top the price of the bumper. I'd go for it though since good takeoffs are far and few between.
