8" lift and 38's

Im sure this is on another thread somewhere, but i have 8" lift on my 99 SD..and right now im running 37x13.50 toyo...Im looking to go to a 38x15.50. Anyone have this setup?? Do they rub bad? Im running 18x9 Motometals w/ 4.5" backspace. If you got pics of 8" lift on 38's id love to see them.

This is the way it sits right now, 8" on 37x13.5s, Debating whether to go to a 38 or stay where im at.

I had a 6" lift with 325/80/16's thats like a 36.5/14.5/16 and then I went to a 8" lift and thought it looked too high for the tires. I liked it 6"s with 36 or 37's better. I think its the tires width that makes these big trucks took cool ,so I consedered 38's and knew I needed to stay 14.5 wide then was worried about clearence, but these toyo 38's look sweet and fit the truck perfect. Just need to find some tire chains for this years elk hunt to get around them.

Your pics have got me sold on the 38's. I agree with your the 15.50 wide vs. the 13.50s is a huge difference in the way it makes the truck look. Lookin good man!
