Help me understand B1359 code for 02 F350

I know what the generic statement is --- Ignition Run Accessory Fault.

But where to start diagnosing .......?
I did have a navigation unit and remote start installed - wonder if that play any role in this code?
I also have thought the door dinger is weird and extremely annoying -- it dings a lot, not sure if that normal or could play a role too.


This goes with my 7 page power loss dilemma in the motor problem section.
