Cool differential oil

I have a 2002 F250 4x4 how many quarts of oil does the front and rear differential take and what kinda should i use

Check your owners manual for capacities. I use Amsoil Severe Gear with the anti friction modifier.

Ok well the tag says 10.5 on it so I take it thats what I have.. so 4 quarts will do it then right, even if it all comes out of the axle housing?
Oh and it looks like its an open diff.... now I need a locker ha.

I just changed mine the other day, fun part for me was pumping the new in. I like to make a mess I guess.
