I'm posting from my phone so sorry if its messed up.

I'm puling a 10k load had od off at 50 mph. It kicked out of gear and now it won't upshift I can't go above 40 mph without redlining.
It just revs if I let off the fuel and hit it again. Is the tranny toast or is the torque converter or somethin else.
I have no dash lights and my od light is not blinking.
What is the deal on what level of screwed am I.

Ok. I just drove it and everything seemed fine. You think it was hot

don't you have gauges? what was your trans temp? if it was hot that means something is slipping bad, either TQ or clutch packs

The trans temp gauge is on order. All I have until it gets here is the one I n the dash which lied normally. Now the truck take about 6 or 10 seconds to go into reverse

Ok yeah its fed up. Doesnt feel like a torque converter. It will launch off the line and slip like a bastard after that.. Nice. How much does a BTS tranny run?
