Tranny cooler?

I was tinkering with the truck yesterday and I noticed a "tranny" cooler or some sort of cooler mounted in front of the IC and down low behind the lower valence. Its about 4"x9". Just wondering if this is factory or not.

Also while looking around under the dash, I found a harness that had been cut and the wires ends taped off. Still had a label on it that mentioned trailer connections. Then I noticed 2 holes drilled on the underside of the dash. I'm guessing maybe the previous owner had one of those trailer brake controllers?? That make sense to you guys?

Cooler was most likely the PS cooler. Kinda on a bracket... Looked like this one? but mounted higher, had to move mine for the 6.0 ic

Ya mine I had to lower for the 6.0 IC about 2 inches, thats why its down that low.
