Custom Stacks

I need some help figuring out how i could make some custom stacks. i was watching my friend play grand theft auto when i saw a truck in the game that had some intresting stacks on it

but anyway i liked the look of them and was wondering if anyone on here had any advice in making them or if anyone on the org could custom make these stacks. thanks

i would just get a few 45s and some pipe and get to weldin haha

do you know of a webstie that sells them for the trucks because i found one site but the stack 90's first instead of a 45 which i like more
