Shopping for a superduty 7.3 or 6.0

Ok so i am selling my OBS PSD and my bass boat and i want to get a 99+ F250 extended cab, long bed, 2wd, auto. I have put over 100k on my obs personally and have been around it since new (I bought it from my old boss). Needless to say i love ths 7.3.

I dont care about the speed of the 6.0 and i know that the torqe is about the same between the two. I just want to know which one will get better mileage, towing/bobtail. As i am buying this truck for my new buisness.

My obs with 300k on it gets about 17mpg with 33" mudders and the new one will be a 2wd with radials so I am hoping for a little better. I have heard many stories of the 6.0 getting 22+ but this is hard to beilive i have driven my dads 6.0 and it gets about 12mpg.

between the two i am hoping to get about 12k can i get somewhere around an 02 superduty for around that??? Preferably something without 300k on it.

I have a f-350 2004 crew cab short bed dually for sale. If interested I'll send pictures & details. 65 to 70 speeds & summer fuel I get in the 22 mpg range.

My craigslist ad link below. Not mentioned in ad, comes with DP-tuner, EGT & TRANS guages. Ford put a turbo on it at 95000 miles.
