Go check it out. inspect it. Then hand them 5,000 cash and say do we have a deal.?

Books for more than their asking, even with the damage in the pic

So I called the guy, it's some weird dealership, he said it smokes excessive amounts of white smoke. He said he drove it for a few miles and the cars behind him were honking their horns at him. I asked him if he could plug it in overnight and see if it still smokes excessively in the morning, he told me the previous owner told him it smoked bad even after plugged in. It also cranks over 20 times before it starts, after the wait to start light is off.

Good idea to skip this one?

He told me the lowest he'll go is 7000. He first said until its warm, then was saying while its warm.
