Some required maintaince suggestions

I have 2003 7.3 with 109000 and I am looking for some required maintaince suggestions beyond general maintaince! Looking to get my truck set up long distance hauling and also local.

All fluids and belts, hoses all get replaced, including front and rear diffs ( if you have a 4x4) transfer case, trans, brake fluid, power steering fluid ( use synthetic ATF), change coolant to a true ELC and install a coolant filter. This is where I would start.
