to all you who live in phoenix or need service passing through phoenix, avoid sunset ford. i took my truck there to get what i thought would be an expert opinion on what was wrong with my truck, boy was i wrong. they totally misdiognosed my problem and wanted to charge $2200.00 in parts and labor that i didnt need. thank god i got a second opinion. i took it to a diesel specialty shop and got my truck fixed for $338.00 out the door. runs great

Man I have some sunset stories also. They suck outright. I bought my first 03 from them and had major turbo and injector problems. I got stranded and had another dealership check it out and they couldn't fix it ( no Diesel Tech ) so they had it towed back to sunset 4 weeks later I got my truck back and a 800.00 tow bill. Needless to say the area manager was involved and they bought back my survey.

Sanderson is by far the best ford dealer in AZ. No BS sales and great service

I'm in Yuma but make frequent trips to the Phx area. Where's Sunset Ford? I usually go to the Peoria-Glendale area to visit family.

i no of great shop in phoenix that i always go to ...... this guy is highly recomended has been in the same spot for 25 years and he teaches classes to women on how not to get screwed by a mechanic.... he has had 3 7.3 psd's and he used to drag race he will fix your truck no matter what problem.... its called carls car care off of 63rd ave and bell south east corner... next midas i wont ever take my truck anyother place

when i lived down there i went to Tom Jones Ford in Buckeye. They treated me real well. I agree with the suntset ford thing, i went there to look at a truck, i ran an application and they came back and asked me to leave that my credit wasnt good enough,WTF???????so i asked to see my score, they wouldnt let me, i then went to the Credit Union i was a member of and asked to get a pre approval, they said ok. When they got my report back i was in the 700's. how is that not good enough? so after i bought a ford, i went back to speak to the sales manager at sunset and told him he lost out on a for sure sale because of what they said and how hey treated me. i never went back.

That's not far from where I go (75th & Peoria). I've been by Sunset before. There's a lot of Powerstrokers in the Phx area. We should plan a meet sometime.
