Truck is only making 1135* on the snap-on scan tool. buzzed the inj. truck has slowly lost smoke an power since the ts was installed. 140 seems to feel like 75. on an the reading gets worse as the truck warms up.

How in the heck did you jump from a possible IPR issue to a fuel bowl delete cure?

Someone page Joey to this thread.

Pull the chip.
Check your ICP and IPR duty cycle. Record the readings.

Install chip.
Check your ICP and IPR duty cycle. Record the readings.

Report back.

well thats why I asked.....I mean doesn't the fuel bowl delete kit come with a manual regulator.....thought that may replace the elec factory one.
see the thought behind the question......what are some other ways to check it, now that I dont have access to the snap-on reader anymore. if it were bad and I had to replace it is it worth it to do or the delete that must (now seeing your post ) not replace the factory reg.?

IPR is on the HPOP. Has nothing to do with fuel (for this conversation).

Call Bob Riley at Diesel Site. He has some rebuilds for 50ish or new with solenoid for 200something...
