what to do
hmmmm joey at terminator is telling me my ipr may be going bad.....its an 03 7.3L ts 140 tuned wicked wheel 4 down pipe to 5 to 6"stacks. Truck is only making 1135* on the snap-on scan tool. buzzed the inj. truck has slowly lost smoke an power since the ts was installed. 140 seems to feel like 75. on an the reading gets worse as the truck warms up.
will the fuel bowl delete cure this? |

well thats why I asked.....I mean doesn't the fuel bowl delete kit come with a manual regulator.....thought that may replace the elec factory one.
see the thought behind the question......what are some other ways to check it, now that I dont have access to the snap-on reader anymore. if it were bad and I had to replace it is it worth it to do or the delete that must (now seeing your post ) not replace the factory reg.? |

IPR is on the HPOP. Has nothing to do with fuel (for this conversation).

oh in my haynes manual it looked like it was attached to the fuel bowl.....my bad
