Funky Glow Plug Relay in 01 F-350

Hey Guys I need some help identifying my glow plug relay, It's not the normal one you find in everything from 98 to 03

I have a 01 F-350 7.3 but here is the kicker, the glow plug relay bolts are not at 90 degres they are 180 apart and mounted with rubber gromits. I asked the parts people at Ford and they had no idea.. The bolt pattern looks like one from an 88 7.3 but the relay it's self looks just like all the replacements I've seen except the bolt pattern!


Any one have any idea where the relay I have came from or where I can get another, the 90 degree bolts will work but it's not the correct replacemnt.
