Weird Noise?

today we were pulling our stock trailer in our 2000 f-250 it has a western diesel systems chip and bd exhaust brakes. well when we would run 70mph and high rpms the boost press gauge was over 20 it would make a weird loud chirping noise coming from the turbo, i know they have a boost pressure let off and we could hear it but this was a very different sound it was like a hiss/hen turkey cluck. then on the next hill when we started climbing we kicked the overdrive off and we did not hear it and the boost press was running just alittle bit less. does anyone know what this could be and if we need to get it looked into? thank you.
