They are so expensive but I love them. I have duel Optima Blue tops in there and they are bot 950 CCA. I had Yellow tops in my truck for almost 4 years and they were fine when I took them out. They were just put in to a piece of equipment in an emergency and the company bought me these as a replacement.

Ya they were not the smartest. Oh well my gain.

If your napa batts are only that old just take them back and swap them out. I don't know about your local store but mine is kind of old school, locally owned, not commercial. I bought my current truck used and the PO had put Napa batts in and right after I got it they gave me problems and the store switched them out no problems. So other than the aggrivation just swap em it you can.

2nd on Interstate. My batteries are 6 years old, truck sits for 2 to 3 week intervals without being started. Starts great every time without being plugged in and single digit temps. Can't ask for more than that.

Someone else makes Napa batteries now. They just recently switched. I'm not sure who makes them now though. But i agree, they used to be crap. Maybe you got batteries from the old manufacturer, but the new ones are great.
