Motor Swap

Just a question I have the chance to pick up a 2002 e450 with about 100000 Miles on it. I know the turbos and pedistal are different. But are there any other things to look. I want to see if I can just pull motor and trans as a package and if they will stick right into my truck. This would be a back up that I could start building while it is out and then install. Any insight would be great thanks
