Breakage story

So driving home last night my drive shaft decided to sling out of the truck. I noticed a weird vibration in the floorboard but before i could pullover i saw sparks in my rear view window. So got out of the truck and yup, the rear half of my shaft was gone. Took 30mins to find it in the dark, managed to sling itself into the woods. So i locked ot in 4WD and drove it home as a FWD truck at 20mph.

So today I get new ujoints and install them go to put the shaft back in and the rear yoke on the axle is cracked, so thats what caused the ujoints to sling. So i figure simple phone call to ford ill have a new one. Well long story short there are 6 different yokes that fit an F250. Of course the axle code for my truck doesnt match any of theres and my VIN only narrowed it down to 2 of them. So now the dealer has to call FORD tomorrow to get better specifications to mine.

Sorry Im just so frustrated i had to vent and if anyone has the part # for the oke that be great.
