Question Injector o-ring, work time?

I just had an oil consumption issue diagnosed as bad injector o-rings. The tech is quoting 9 hrs to do the work so I've decided to do it myself. After reading the write-ups and watching the videos, I find it really hard to believe that this work takes this long. I'm halfway decent at spinning a wrench but I've never torn into my PS.

Is this really an all day job?

quick question, are you haveing any white smoke on cold starts? And as for replacing the orings, I don't think it will be too hard for ya if you any experience turning a wrench. Really seems to be straight forward job. I changed my glowplugs few months back and the biggest pain was getting the valve covers off. damn rear bolts!

On really cold mornings there's a little smoke.
