Shifter handle

I have a 2000 f-350 w.7.3. It has a 6 speed manual transmission. I am looking for another shifter lever. It's the long black handle with the knob on the end (it's one solid unit) that fits over a rubber handle that connects to the top of the transmission. Would anyone know where I could get or have one I could buy?
