Were to find smoked clearence lights?

Well my truck went to a car wash and I think it loosed the bolt that holds one of the covers down. I saw it on there at the car wash but by the time I got home the left middle cover was gone. The bulb was in the bed.

Does anyone know where I can get the smoked clearence light covers at? I can post up better pics if needed.

Thanks!
