if u buy one buy an aftermarket one any brand is fine really. the aftermarket ones are very easy to press the pedal with but ford clutches have less fingers making it very difficult to push the pedal

i just had the same issues, and replaced mine with a valair organic clutch. if you tow very heavy loads, get a ceramic clutch, but if yiu tow lighter loads, get an organic clutch for better daily driving. but make sure you upgrade to a single mass flywheel. My clutch is rated for 450 horse and 900 torque. pm me if your interested ill send you a link to where i got mine for a great deal.

I put a LUK clutch in. No issues. It has an easy stock-like pedal feel.

what about the flywheel? do i need to order a new flywheel also?
so i called valair just a bit ago and he basically said i have these two options http://www.valairinc.com/performance/7399-03.html NMU70241-01 NMU70241-05 he also said i don't need a new flywheel. that the one i have in there now can just be resurfaced. what do you guys think? that depends on if you have a single mass flywheel already, if you do, they can be resurfaced. Dual mass flywheels cannot be resurfaced. I wasnt sure what i ahd so i just ordered it.
