dptuner from riffraff diesel

Hey guys, I am thinking about a tuner and keeping it simple for now.
Hows the dp tuner from riffraff? Its an f5 chip and its 199$ plus tunes.
Not looking for a lot of tunes. may just get 2 of them. I want the tranny to work more efficient and to get more response from the pedal.
His tunes are 45 each. One tow tune 60hp and econonmy 80hp.
thats really all i want for now
any thoughts

If you are only looking for a couple of tunes and wanting to save $$$. Check out Power Hungry Performance at gopowerhungry.com. They are also known as PHP around here and are highly recommended.

thanks polar bear,
just checked them out. I will check them out during business hours again tomorrow.
The dp tuner with one tune is 245 and 290 for two. I dont know if it comes with a switch for that? If 2 tunes it will have to have one. The php does.

I just installed my DP F5 chip today and WOW does it wake up your truck!! You will not be disappointed with Jody's tunes from DP. the shift points are unreal, you just stay in the powerband the whole time, no lugging between shifts.

Yeah, I just chose the drop down menu tunes for my F5 chip. Unless you have aftermarket injectors, or big oil, I think Jody's drop down tunes are spot on and you don't really need the custom tunes. Just tell him what you have done to your truck and the family code on your PCM. Just take out your PCM from under your dash and look at the barcode sticker. the very top digits is your family code. For examply, mine was
XLE8.
