early 99 question
Is there any horsepower gain if i swap just the plenums and y-pipe? Get rid of the restrictive 2 inch plenums. ?

Not much... Not until you get a bigger turbo and injectors that need more air.

i personally believe that if you open it up and let it flow better, that the truck will run better.... but i dunno......i just ordered 3" upgraded plenums with swamps 66mm turbo and a hypermax mount kit
