Maybe cheaper and easier to replace with aftermarket car alarm with key less entry. Something to look into. Plus if you go aftermarket usually price includes installation. You can also get remote car start as well. Products like this go from 99.99 installed to 200.00 installed. All depends on what you want and what brand you go with.

The diesel rated ones have a delay you can program into the starter. I have 5-10-15 seconds on mine.

I bought this brand its a deluxe 500New Page 1I installed it myself and its a major pain! I would recommend you have someone do the install. You will need a security bypass module also if you want to be able to pull your keys out of the ignition. The ford key has a chip in it so you have to place your spare key in the bypass module and place the wire around the ignition switch. I like it alot have had it in since jan.

Can't help you on the keyless entry thing, but you mentioned gauges. I could type a crap load of stuff about them, but to save both of us time I'd call Pat or Larry at Tuners, Suspensions, Exhaust and other performance parts. DiscountPowerParts.com and ask their advise. They carry everything you could want and can help you make a decision. Their prices are very good and they are also sponsors of this site. Just my $.02.
