Intake through fender? Is it a Ford AIS?

I think a few mutt trucks got put together at the end of 98 and early 99 based on a few trucks I've seen that had some early and late characteristics on the same truck. Mine was built 2/99 but I'm thinking there were still a few things on it that are considered early.

Early trucks never had foil on the pipes only the late ones did. Welcome to the early bird club.
