99 p.s.
On my 99 when its cold out I think there is some sort of butterfly valve maybe that closes off and the motor runs about 1200 rpm. Is there a way to turn that into an exaust brake? If not no problem is there a way to disconnect it so it won't close off while I'm driving? If so what do I unhook?

It your EBPV you can disconnect the sensor so it wont come on. Look in front of your hpop and you will see a tube coming up with a sensor plugged into the top of it. Just disconnec the sensor from the tube. I have heard of guys slicing into the wires that lead to the sensor and grounding one and making the other one hot through a switch. However it takes a few seconds to kick in, on works at around 2000 rpms and doesn't do much for an auto tranny
