If I wanted to put down $7000 max 7500, what would I be looking at in terms of a 7.3L. I wanted maybe a 2000 or 2001 but I'll to see what I could get. Are there any out there for around that price? been lookin on ebay a bit but theyre all almost 10 grand. Thanks.

Pretty frequently you can find a few Superdutys in the midwest with miles over 200,000. Usually 99s or 00 models that are in fair shape and being sold by an individual, not a dealer. I haven't seen many around 7 but will see them in the $7500-8000. Some with the high miles are ratted out junk but sometimes they are high miles that are in great shape and were maintained highway miles. Good luck.

I Paid 13k for my 2002 cc/4x4 w 200k miles. It is a rust free oklahoma truck with only 1 or 2 small dings on it. great condition runs great. just has a few electrical issues, which ine was fixed when I replaced my VSM. I still need to figure out my door ajar issue. but its hard to find a good used 7.3 here.
