My diesel sounds like a carbureted gasser under acceleration

So when I accelerate from a stop (kind-of hard) my truck makes a WWWWOOOOOO sound? It sounds like a Q-jet carburetor under acceleration. You know that sound when the secondaries open on a carb'ed engine. Once I put my foot in it a little it just sounds like a normal 7.3. My friend has a 2000 7.3 and it dosent sound like mine at all. Is this noise normal? My last 2001 7.3 didnt make this sound and its a little annoying. I have only owned this truck for 3 weeks so its all new to me. Am I just being paranoid or what??

My truck is bone stock except for a bully dog power pup tuner set on 50hp. Stock intake, stock exhaust, no boost leaks, normal egt's, runs and tows like a champ. Just this WWWWWOOOOO sound under acceleration.

Any chance you can take a video clip of it and put it up? Sometimes it is hard to make out exactly the sound just from a description. But maybe someone else knows for sure.

A clip of the sound would be great.
