Starter part #
I need a new starter. Anybody got the part # handy?
I always usually prefer OEM stuff, but $384 + core from Ford is a little tough to swallow. I've heard good things about DB elec. starters. Anyone use them? Thanks guys |

Heck yea get the DB high torque one. I smile listening to that mofo spin the motor!
I think it was something like $150 for the starter including shipping. It cleared the cross member by the thickness of 2 credit cards so I got out the grinder and opened up a little more space you do need to bend the tab on the starter cable to make it fit, no big deal at all. old n busted vs new hottness ![]()
