Need an Opinion on an EBAY listing

I'm looking for an Excursion and want to tow with it. I found this on ebay and would like to get some of the experts opinions on the truck. While it's at Ford dealer and suspect they want top dollar (sealerships). Seems like a well equiped truck with very low miles for an 02. Here is the item number is anyone could take a look and let me know.....Not sure I like buying off ebay, but I'm open to finding a great truck. What would a truck like this go for? I'm in California and would get an inspector to go out and inspect at the dealership. Any other things I should check?

I just paid $16,500 for a 2000 Excursion limited with 90,000 miles. Truck was very clean on the outside. A smoker had owned it, so some smoke smell inside. I've been looking for a low mileage 7.3 since last June and I feel I got a pretty good deal. Good luck.
