I am looking at a 2000 F250 4x4 powerstroke regular cab xl model 6 speed flat bed 112000 miles $8500 is this a good price?? thanks

Ya that's a good price and good mileage. A downfall I seen when I was shopping for mine was that alot of the XL trucks were previously rentals or company work trucks. And very commonly with them they aren't maintained well or they are abused by guys who just say "oh well its not mine". But ya if your find is in good shape then go for it.
