Grande Ford Truck Center - San Antonio, TX

Anyone have any experience with these folks? I've heard some good things from someone I work with, but I believe he only used them for routine maintenance, etc. I dropped my baby off with their Light Truck Service Dept. to diagnose my problem of consuming of A LOT of oil and was curious if anyone has used them before and could/would comment on the quality of service provided. . . . .

I'll be sure to post in the Member Approved Repair Facility thread if they treat me right . . . .

Thanks

I've never dealt with them personally but the owner of a company I used to work for, bought his light and medium duty trucks there and had each one serviced there as well for the past 10-15yrs.

My '03 was originally sold through Grande Ford.

cool. thanks for input. . . .

I haven't heard back from them yet, they said it would probably be today before they'd get a chance to look at it. It may sound strange, but it was comforting to see the bays in their light truck division all occupied with 250's and 350's. . . . .felt like I'd have a better chance with a shop full of diesel techs as compared to dealerships full up with every other make and model Ford has. I've had some miserable experiences with several of the other Ford houses here in SA.

I'll be sure to let everyone know how it goes.
