just installed dieselsite press relief valve

Yeah so I just installed the aforementioned valve, and it fixed the defueling and ses light due to overboosting - just like you guys said it would. Now I am waiting until my gauges come in Friday before I turn my tune back up -to be safe. I took you guys advice on the valve, but I'm afraid to say that I made a boo-boo on the gauges. I let my budget make my decision, and didnt do some thread searching. I wound up with the dreaded Glow**** - I mean Glowshift gauges. I hope they will at least work till I can get a better gauge set. Anyways, just confessing my sins to the PSD gods in hopes of forgiveness...

Those guages will be good enough to hold you over until you find some you like better. Or you can send the Glowshifts back and save up a little more for some Autometers or Isspros.

How hard was that 05' front end conversion to install on your truck?

It wasn't hard at all. Hardest part was finding the takeoff from bumper. I found it as a complete takeoff of an 06 and the top plastic cover was black. Had it stripped and painted white and then it all went on in less than an hour. I decided to trim the header panel in order to make the 05 lights fit, you can either do that or buy a header panel to fit the 05-07 and they fit right in.
