random stall after oil change??...

so today i just changed the oil in the 00 f250 here, man that crap was due months ago... i cant recall it being done since i've been here and thats at least 10 months(this truck doesnt get driven much it maybe had 5k miles on the oil)
but i think it was so sheared by the HPOP that the injectors werent working well, cuz i swear its night and day difference.. so much quieter now. Never had that happen before.. that noticeably! I got covered in oil gotta love taking that filter off.

Ok on to my story i took it for a spin into town and i was going in to park in a tight spot and fully locked the wheel then bam outta nowhere stalls dead.. made no sense to me. put it in Neutral and she fired right up. Any ideas?

Never had this happen before..

Don`t know about the stall, but get a small punch, or a small Phillips and punch a hole (gently) in that old filter and let it drain before you take it off. Night and day.
