fog light installation!!!!

ok so i have some sd fog lights to install on my 99. already have the lights, pigtails, relay, and switch. still need to get some 14g wire.


my question is how are the fogs mounted on the bumper??

threaded hole? clips with screws? bolts?

just drill a hole in the bumper... unless you don't want them to be permanent

If they came off a newer model, they had holes drilled into the bumper and then they put threaded clips over the holes to mount the bracket to. I got everything off a bumper including the clips, I was ready to mount them when I noticed that I have to drill the holes first. I am waiting till warmer weather to tackle it.

i should be able to go get the clips at an auto part store. i just want to install em this sat. and get the wiring done or get wiring done later.

I put them on my 99 the holes were there already, I just had to put the clips on and boltem up ..
the bumper should have holes drilled out already .. I cant see ford stamping 2 different bumpers one with holes and one with out when the truck that dont have lights still use same bumper
