If they came off a newer model, they had holes drilled into the bumper and then they put threaded clips over the holes to mount the bracket to. I got everything off a bumper including the clips, I was ready to mount them when I noticed that I have to drill the holes first. I am waiting till warmer weather to tackle it.

I put them on my 99 the holes were there already, I just had to put the clips on and boltem up ..
the bumper should have holes drilled out already .. I cant see ford stamping 2 different bumpers one with holes and one with out when the truck that dont have lights still use same bumper |
