Random horn blowing

Howdy fellas! Well my SSGT has a 2002 7.3 powerstroke 4 door short bed with 140xxx mods would be a crapy banks kit. Anyways he is havin problems with his cruise control not working (already had recall done) and his horn quit working. He has had his horn also start blowing at random times for 30+ min stints. Now his horn does not work either (may be blown) but are there any ideas on what the problem could be? Thanks y'all!

Leaking windshield onto the GEM. Mine did it too.
The cruis control recall has nothing to do with it not working. It's a safety thing.

I'm gonna have to look into this leaking windshield problem.

As a guess, how big of a problem is this?? Alot of owners or kinda few and far in between?

I would have been tearing into the steering column/clock spring area withour even thinking! Lol

I had my horn blow when I would turn left, all other times it was fine. Turned out to be a clock spring. Might be worth checking out if your windshield is alright.
