stock boost numbers

I am looking to get a boost gauge, nothing fancy,
can i hook it (tee it in) to the rubber hose for vacuume that goes to the sensor?
also whats the stock turbo boost numbers supposed to be so i know if its right?
How high should the gauge read? Is a 35 pound gauge ok? 30 ok?

yeah its a 30psi gauge ... "they" say it reads more true if you run in the middle of the range ... I almost went with the 60psi gauge until I heard this ... I am getting my PHP "FU" chip next week and will see what numbers that makes but really don't think our trucks will make more than 30psi ever ... time will tell
