Diagnostic code help

Today I replaced the intercooler boots because of my low boost pressure. I just took it for a run down the interstate and did a 0-80 run at WOT. I maxed out at 16-17 psi which is higher than the 9-10 i was getting but still low considering I am on the 80 horse setting. My check engine light come on and I pulled these three codes:

P0478 Exhaust Pressure Control Valve High?
P1211 Which said something about injector control?
P1670 This come up with no description?

I cant find what number 2 or 3 mean so I need some help. One of you smart guys tell me what they mean and what causes them?

Thanks Twinturbo that chart is what I was trying to find.

Now what does all this mean in terms a non diesel tech can understand?

-P0478 Exhaust pressure control valve high input. Possible cause-Plugged sensor line(What sensor line?), stuck butterfly, restricted exhaust.
-P1670 EF signal not detected. (What causes that?)
-P1211 ICP pressure above/below desired (??).

Would my programmer be the reason for any of these?

Tuner will throw 1211 and 0478. Not sure on the other one. Give me a minute and I'll look it up.
